Job Position : Lease Data Administration Executive

Job Responsibilities :

1. Review leases and abstract information into AMT system
2. Lease Entry
3. Lease Data Administration
4. Review leases and abstract information into AMT system
5. Perform quality review of leases abstracted into the system
6. First level of query for associates
7. Backup in the absence of Team Leader
8. Index documents in the AMT system

Required :

1. Any commerce graduate
2. 1-3 years of experience in lease abstracting, topic indexing in any software such as AMT , Accruent REM, Virtual Premise, MS-Excel, MRI, JD Edwards, CTI, etc.

Walkin Date : 3rd Aug 2010 to 6th Aug 2010 Only.
