Job Responsibilities :

* Monitoring the calls as per compliance.
* The ability to coach and facilitate to deliver high performence.
* Monitor calls and check all policies procedures regulations are followed while completing a sale.
* The ability to coach and share feedback to improve performence.
* Delivery of reports and analysis of data.
