Position Functions or Responsibilities:

Managing the service desk team for end to end delivery Will need to work with his peers in similar role and provide seamless support to delivery and sales/pre-sales for service desk and peer groups Work on provideing delivery, admin & management support for the team and the business unit Understanding of service desk operations, enterprise service desk support and program managing multiple account delivery end-to-end Work on defining quality control aspects in service desk delivery, R&R, team training, induction training & creating frameworks for the same People Manangement for a large team delivering for multiple engagements

Basic Qualifications:

This is a full-time salaried position with a group company within NTT DATA. Please note, 1099 or corp-2-corp contractors will NOT be considered.
