Selection Process:

Post Selection Process:
Shortlisted candidates will be offered as Project Trainee. Post joining, they will undergo training for 1012 weeks at Zensar.
After completion of training there would be a technical evaluation by Zensar and candidates who clear this evaluation process would be confirmed further for employment
As Project Trainee for 3 months from the date of joining of Zensar, candidates will be paid a stipend of Rs. 10,000/Per Month (Rupees Ten Thousand only).
On successful completion of Project Trainee assignment, you will be designated as Junior Software Engineer and on probation for next 12 months for confirmation. And during your stint as Junior
Software engineer, you will be paid a gross compensation of Rs. 1.80 Lacs Per Annum (Rupees One lac and eighty thousand only).
Upon successful completion of probation period of 12 months, you will be confirmed as Software Engineer or Equivalent.
You will have to sign a Service Agreement for a period of two years at the time of joining Zensar.

Terms and Conditions:
Once the candidate joins Zensar, he/she is bound by all terms and conditions of employment with Zensar which include working in different client locations across the globe, different time shifts (24×7) as per required by the business needs.
