Job Details :
The online marketing team is seeking a Jr. Web Developer who will develop a variety of web-based assets including corporate website pages, HTML emails, and campaign landing pages. This role requires a responsible individual who can balance multiple projects that involve working with marketing team for executing on online marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strong problem solver and a team player who has a passion for delivering business results. This position will report to Sr. Marketing Operations Manager.

Job Responsibilities :

* Build, maintain and optimize web pages on www.replicon.com
* Implement graphical designs as web content on www.replicon.com
* Implement graphical designs as email-ready content used for marketing campaigns
* Work with product marketing team to organize and perform necessary website updates to accompany Replicon product releases
* Work closely with marketing and web team members to determine best course of action for marketing project execution
* Master of Google Webmaster tools & general website maintenance
* Maintenance and administration of website file repository
* Handle website deployment and build process
* Be responsible for website related infrastructure including Windows Server 2008, IIS, Forum, WordPress, CMS, and Visual Studio Environment
* Work together with rest of web team to QA website

Required :

* Minimum 3 years of web development experience for commercial websites
* Great understanding of HTML,CSS, Javascript, PHP, ASP.NET
* Be able to understand high-level concept & direction and develop web experience/web pages
* Experience developing web pages from graphical mock-ups
* Experience with Visual Studio or Dreamweaver development environment
* Basic Photoshop experience
* Ability to juggle multiple projects/priorities
* Deadline-driven
* Experience working with C# is a big plus
