Voice and Non Voice Technical Process
Job Responsibility :
Troubleshoot technical queries related to JAVA, DOT NET, ORACLE SQL, MAIN FRAME
Required :
* Good Communication Skills
* Graduates ,with 6 months to 12 months experience having good knowledge of any of the Computer Languages( C ++, VB, .NET, JAVA, J2EE, SQL, PLSQL) and Databases.( Oracle. MS ACCESS,etc)
* Knowledge on Mainframe, Testing knowledge and any other Microsoft /oracle certification will be an added advantage.
* Should be willing to work in shifts (24/7 environment)
* Should be flexible to locations (anywhere in India)
Qualification : Only Graduates( BA,B.Com,BBA,Bsc,BCA)
Note :
No Post Grads and No BE/Btech
